Privacy Policy
1. Scope and publisher
This policy applies to the Road Rush '85 browser game and this website. The game is published by BakheetCo (the “Publisher”). For support, privacy questions, or requests concerning your feedback, contact bakheet003@gmail.com.
2. Data stored by the game
The game does not create an account. Ordinary play does not transmit gameplay records to the Publisher. It stores two functional records in your browser's local storage so the game can remember your progress on that device:
road-rush-hi-score: your highest local score.-
road-rush-progress-v1: unlocked level, stars, completions, and per-level best score, time, combo, and crash results.
This information stays in that browser. It is not synchronized, used to identify you, combined with an advertising profile, or sold.
3. Hosting information
The website is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may automatically process technical request information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested URL, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the service. That infrastructure processing is governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy.
4. Why technical processing occurs
Local storage is used only to provide the saved-progress feature you request by playing. Hosting request information is processed to deliver the website, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, investigate security problems, and meet legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, these activities rely on providing the requested service and the legitimate interests of operating and securing it, subject to your applicable rights. Vercel hosts the website, feedback API, and private feedback storage.
5. Cookies, analytics, advertising, and payments
The current game code sets no cookies and loads no advertising network, behavioral analytics, social-media tracker, payment processor, or external font. If any of these services are introduced, this policy will identify the provider, purpose, information involved, retention, and available choices before that change goes live. Non-essential storage or personalized advertising will not be activated where consent is required until a suitable consent mechanism is available.
6. Retention and your control
Saved scores and progress remain in local storage until you clear them, clear the website's storage through browser settings, or the browser removes them. Because these records never leave your device, the Publisher cannot retrieve or restore them.
Optional feedback is removed from the active feedback collection after 90 days by a daily cleanup, so removal may take up to 91 days. Temporary abuse-prevention markers are removed after 24 hours by the same daily process, within 48 hours of creation. You can delete a submitted response immediately using its on-page deletion control while that page remains open. After closing the page, contact the Publisher with your receipt to request deletion. Deletion does not erase technical hosting logs maintained separately by Vercel under its own retention practices.
Delete saved game data on this browser
This permanently removes the two Road Rush '85 records described above. It does not affect another browser or device.
7. Children
The game is general-audience entertainment and is not specifically directed to children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should supervise a child's use of the internet. Advertising or account features will not be enabled for younger audiences without the age-appropriate safeguards required for that feature and location.
8. Security and international access
The Publisher minimizes risk by not operating an account or gameplay database for this version. Hosting systems may operate across countries to make the game available internationally. No internet service can promise absolute security or uninterrupted availability.
9. Changes and questions
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of information you supplied, and raise a concern with your local data protection authority. Send privacy and support requests to bakheet003@gmail.com. Include your feedback receipt when possible; do not send sensitive identity documents.
10. Optional playtest feedback
If you choose to send feedback, the game submits your fun and controls ratings, difficulty assessment, understanding of the goal and fuel system, replay intention, and optional comment. It also includes the build version, latest level and outcome, control type, and broad duration and crash-count ranges. It includes a coarse label indicating a recognized Google Search playtest campaign link, or "unattributed". This label stays only in page memory until you choose to submit feedback; it does not create a cookie or save campaign information in browser storage. It does not ask for your name, email, exact age, or location. Do not include personal or sensitive information in a comment. Feedback is optional and intended for players aged 13 and over.
Your response is sent only when you select the consent checkbox and press Send feedback. We use it to understand bugs, improve controls and difficulty, and decide which features to develop. We use the campaign label to count submitted responses from a recruitment link, not to identify players or measure all visits, race starts, or repeat play. Shared or altered links can make attribution incomplete or inaccurate. The feedback record does not include your full page URL, referrer, raw campaign parameters, or advertising click identifiers, and this feature does not send conversions to Google. Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it through the deletion control or by contacting us, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Responses are private to the Publisher and its hosting provider; they are not sold or publicly posted.
To limit repeated submissions, the server derives a temporary keyed identifier from your request's IP address and time interval. The feedback collection does not store the raw address or browser fingerprint. Vercel may separately process request information as described above. A random submission receipt prevents accidental duplicates; a deletion key stays in page memory and is not saved to your browser's persistent storage.
